El Dasa had four charting songs in 2016 and 2017: “Ya Me Vi,” “Perd el Sombrero,” “Edición Especial,” and “El Hijo del Desierto,” the title tune from his third album, which was released late in 2017 and topped the Mexican Regional album charts.
